Tethers to the Ancient - FREE Embodied Movement & Mantra Practice (Online)

€0.00

There is something ancient that lives in the architecture of your body. An innate and archaic wisdom beyond the limitations of language that organises formless awareness into form.

Tantric & Yogic traditions speak of the origins of movement itself as being vibrational in nature - the underlying hum that precedes all thought & action - and modern science (more specifically, embryology) now confirms this.

Learning to listen to this intuitive hum of creation, and move/act/live in accordance with it, is something that all ancient cultures knew innately as a way of life, but that we today have been de-sensitized to.

Using somatic movement, guided meditation and mantra, we’ll explore the tethers of connection that reside in our changing, fluctuating bodies to that which is ancient and unwavering; the intuitive, deep hum of intelligence that resides within, around & through land we live on.
